Women’s Concerns / PMDD

I specialize in supporting women navigating the complexities of their mental and emotional well-being, with a particular focus on issues such as Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) and the impact of gendered power dynamics in society. PMDD is a severe condition affecting 3–8% of menstruating individuals, characterized by intense emotional and physical symptoms that can significantly disrupt daily life. I provide a compassionate, informed space for those experiencing PMDD, acknowledging the challenges in diagnosis and treatment, and offering strategies to manage its impact.

In addition to addressing PMDD, I work with women confronting the broader societal structures that influence their mental health. Utilizing feminist therapeutic approaches, I aim to empower clients by recognizing the role of societal expectations and power imbalances in shaping their experiences . My practice is dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment where women can explore their identities, challenges, and strengths, leading to personal growth and resilience.
