My approach to psychotherapy is person-centered, humanistic, and trauma-informed.
I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, tailoring our work to best support your unique needs. My thinking is deeply rooted in psychodynamic theory, and I often incorporate “parts work” to explore the different parts of your inner experience. Depending on what resonates with you, we may also integrate mindfulness practices or movement into our sessions.
To deepen my understanding of your inner world, I welcome the use of dreams, art, writing, music, or metaphor—whatever helps express your experience most authentically. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and safe to explore what matters most.
