LGBTQ+

I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, offering an affirming space grounded in both professional expertise and lived experience. As a queer woman, I bring personal insight into the unique challenges of navigating identity in a world that often erases or misunderstands fluidity. I have a deep appreciation for the impact of bi-phobia and the importance of visibility, nuance, and validation.

In addition to my clinical work, I’ve taught Safe Zone seminars to doctoral-level psychology students on best practices for working with LGBTQ+ populations and have published book chapters focused on LGBTQ+ mental health. Whether you’re out and proud, quietly exploring, or somewhere in between, our work together will be rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a nonjudgmental space where all identities are welcome.
